Job Title: Engineer / Manager – Civil
- Qualification: DCE / B.Tech / B.E (Civil) / NICMAR (Full Time)

Planning Manager
- Optimization of Major equipments required for a project during tender stage / execution stage based on respective efficient project planning & monitoring of the project.
- Coordinating with site team & Monitoring project progress and reviewing project schedule, estimating & costing within budget, planning for cash flow requirements, and so on.
Preparing:
- Baseline schedules for various projects exhibiting the entire scope of work
- Progress Measurements system for various projects.
- Manpower / quantity histogram for various projects and leveling of the same as per the situation of the project
- Dealy Analysis through Time impact / window Analysis as fundamental part of the EOT claims.
- MIS reports for interanal purpose.
- Updating project schedules using Primavera P6/MSP & indetifying critical path activities which needs attention in order to complete the desired tasks as planned.
Execution Engineer / Manager (Expertise in Tunnel / Bridge / Flyover / Marine / Airport / Highrise buildings)
To oversee the on-site Implementation and execution of civil and infrastructure projects. The candidates will be responsible for managing daily construction activities, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards, and maintaining progress as per project timelines.
- Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and schedules.
- Monitor civil, structural and infrastructure works and ensure effective coordination between various trades (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical etc) during construction.
- Implement construction methodologies and techniques based on project requirements.
- Liaise with project managers, consultants, architects, and Subcontracts to ensure smooth workflow.
